Basic Cleaning - Recurring - Weekly or Bi-Weekly

Our Weekly or Bi-Weekly Basic Cleaning Service Includes:

– Bathroom surfaces cleaned and sanitized

– Kitchen surfaces cleaned including outside of all appliances and inside of the microwave. 

– All floors and stairs vacuumed including under the beds

– Vinyl, tiled and wood floors washed

– Dusting of all woodwork, baseboards, casings and sills

– Dusting and Polishing of all furniture

– Washing of inside of all glass doors including sliders

– Dusting of ceiling fans

– We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment needed including a clean and sanitized mop for each home.  Green cleaning supplies available upon request. 

– Bed sheets and duvets can be stripped and changed for an additional charge. 

Our staff work from a 75-point checklist, making our cleaning services the most comprehensive you can buy. 

There is an extra $200 fee for excessive dirt, grim, or pet hair

We require there to be off-street parking for us to park our vehicle while cleaning your home.  If there is no off-street parking available we will not be able to complete your service.

       Please Note: The time frame that you are booking your cleaning is an arrival window.  The estimated time to clean your home depends on many factors including frequency of home cleanings, type of cleaning booked, and number of staff cleaning your home.  Please reach out to us with any questions you may have.
